Founded in Ipoh, Perak, L S TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM was established as a contractor specialising in the field of Waterproofing Systems and Maintenance Works. Since then, building on its sourcing, knowledge building and servicing, L S Tech expanded its business as one-stop solution provider to include Flooring Systems, Concrete Repair Systems, Grouting Systems, Epoxy Coating Systems, & Roof Coating System.

L S TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM has been certified as an approved applicator for Axter, Bostik, Cementaid, Estop, Fosroc, Hilti, MC-Bauchemie, PLC, Scott Vickers, Sika, Thermo-Shield range of products. In addition, L S Tech has also established its service network in supplying wide range of chemical products to the construction industry in general.

LST installs various waterproofing systems for new and old facilities.These waterproofing systems include watertight concrete systems with concrete admixture, cementitious slurry coating waterproofing systems, bituminous waterproofing coating systems, polyurethane liquid waterproofing systems, bituminous membrane systems, PVC plan systems, and waterproof jointing systems.

With an experience team, LST has detected and sealed leaks by introducing appropriate methodology or combination of various methodologies that cater for your needs. Besides those waterproofing systems stated previously, other methodologies include polyurethane injection systems, hypalon jointing systems, and crystallization systems have been wisely applied in different site conditions.

LST offers wide range of industrial and institutional flooring systems cater for various functional needs like clean rooms, warehouses, automotive workshops, laboratories, manufacturing, food productions, sport facilities and floor preparation. Flooring systems installed include dry-shake floor hardener, liquid surface hardener, polyurethane-cement floor screed, epoxy coatings, etc.

LST assists owners to lengthen the lifespan of their facilities by providing services to repair and rehabilitate the concrete structure. Corrosion inhibitors, cementitious and epoxy protective coatings are used to further enhance the concrete durability based on their respective environmental requirements.

LST provides engineering solutions to improve the performance of your structure by using the combination of fibre-reinforced polymers (FRP) with epoxy adhesives that save time and money. Epoxy adhesives are also being used as patching mortar and crack injection.
